About “Inside”
“Drawn whilst deep in thought on a long train journey, this self-portrait offers a glimpse into the inner workings of my mind. It shows how the cogs of my brain are constantly turning, as I try to accomplish the never ending challenge of devising new and original ideas for my artwork. Although this restless desire to achieve a somewhat unattainable quality can be frustrating, it keeps me motivated to push myself outside of my comfort zone artistically.”
