Bridges over the Thames carry buses fighting the wind, and connect both North and South of the city centre. A dark monochrome palette and thick gestural brushstrokes capture the dramatic energy of the scene. Painting onto metal allows buildings to reflect, water to shine and lifts Paul’s artwork to another dimension.
