‘Sights of Rome’ depicts a glorious summers day in Rome, as bright blue skies beam over the ancient ruins of the Colosseum and the surrounding lucious greens. The monumental façade of the imposing marble structure forms a focal point, drawing the eye around its curves and into the distance. Paul paints this piece in rich oil paint, before finishing with his signature dripping technique to add structure and detail.
