Transmuted Thames

Initiated by digitising an original London cityscape painting in mixed media on sheet aluminium, the majestic St Paul’s Cathedral stands undisturbed, whilst the surrounding capital evolves at speed. Vivid lights reflect and flicker on the undulating waters of the River Thames, conveying the constant bustle of activity in the city.

To create this cityscape piece, the physical painting was digitised with a Leica M (Type 240) camera for superlative colour depth and image quality. Composited images were enhanced by hand with digital painting tools, then imbued with motion to create the final artwork.

The collector has the option to receive a unique signed fine art print measuring 400mm x 400mm, at no extra cost, as a 1/1 special artist edition. To claim the print contact me here after settling the auction.
