Resined Mixed Media on Aluminium

The immense scale and density of the London skyline is captured on a wide stretching sheet of shining aluminium.  To portray the bustling concentration of people and architecture, Paul builds up a plethora of paint marks and lines. In doing so, he creates a piece full of texture and movement. He finishes the piece with a layer of fluid resin, moving it around on the aluminium to create atmospheric transitions of colour in the sky.
