Every piece leaves the studio premium-wrapped and fully insured, and travels with a courier we trust to treat it as carefully as we do. Here is exactly what to expect from the moment you order to the moment your artwork arrives.
What delivery costs
- UK — free. Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in the United Kingdom.
- Outside the UK. Shipping is calculated at checkout for every piece, originals included, so you see the precise cost before you pay. Originals and framed pieces weigh more and need more protection, so they cost more to send than unframed prints.
How your artwork travels
International orders ship with DHL Express, fully insured and premium-wrapped for the journey. Originals and framed works are packed to gallery standard so they arrive exactly as they left us.
A handful of remote or hard-to-reach destinations fall outside standard express routes. If yours is one of them we may need to arrange a bespoke quote — just get in touch before you order and we will sort it out.
Tracking your order
Every shipment is tracked. As soon as your artwork is dispatched we email you the DHL tracking details so you can follow it right to your door.
Framing & made-to-order lead times
If your piece is being framed, or is a made-to-order print produced specially for you, please allow a short production time before it is dispatched. Once it is ready it ships on the same fully tracked, fully insured basis as everything else.
International duties & taxes
Orders delivered outside the UK and the Isle of Man are charged without UK VAT and sent delivered duty unpaid. Any import duties or taxes charged when your artwork reaches its destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates vary from country to country, so if you are ordering from abroad it is worth checking your local charges in advance.
