A wave gathers and breaks in a surge of teal and turquoise, its crest dissolving into spray. Above, a brooding bank of cloud presses down, shot through with pale light, while the sea churns with energy and movement. There is real power in this moment, raw and elemental.
Kenton lets the watercolour run and granulate, the pigment itself mimicking the froth and motion of the swell against the stormy horizon.
