“Double Vision”

Stars-and-stripes flags hang against a crisp blue sky as a New York avenue opens up in bright morning light, pedestrians scattered down the sunlit pavement and a lone figure striding toward us with a bag in hand. Kenton splices the buildings with washes of teal and turquoise, the architecture shimmering as though seen through glass, while ink lines dart and skitter across the surface.

There is a buoyant, double-exposed energy to it, the city shifting and alive.
