Painting with quick textured brushstrokes, Paul creates this wintery New York scene. Splashes of white give the impression of snow falling at pace from the sky, whilst street lights eminate a magical glow. A taxi drives towards the city, completely immersed in the blizzard and drawing us into the scene.
