A fiery fusion of Manhattan street life and lights, juxtaposed against a stark grey New York skyline.

Paul captures the dazzling sparks of light from the iconic yellow taxi’s of New York rushing through the urban landscape. Paul applied paint thickly to create a textured surface, leaving visible his individual brush and painting-knife strokes. Depth and perspective is created using subdued tones for the skyscrapers in the distance, emphasising the incredible vastness of this city.
