Description

Capital Connections captures the refined momentum of London's commuter heart, where movement, routine and ambition converge beneath the vaulted roof of Paddington Station. Figures drift through reflected light and shadow as trains wait with quiet intent, suggesting a city defined as much by departure as by arrival.

The composition speaks to London's daily rhythm, measured, purposeful and unmistakably metropolitan, rendered in warm ambers and browns against the cool architecture of the historic train shed.

At 183 x 91.5cm, this original oil on canvas is a substantial studio piece from the London Collection.
