Chromatic Capital reimagines the London skyline as a radiant mosaic of colour and texture. The Thames winds through a fractured cityscape, landmark silhouettes emerging from a sea of layered marks, metallic glints and bold, expressive gestures, capturing the shifting light, kaleidoscopic sky and hum of urban life in Paul's signature impasto style.
