Concrete Reflections gathers a row of yellow cabs idling along a rain-washed New York street, framed by tall, weathered buildings that fade into a soft, pale sky. Reflections smear down the wet tarmac in streaks of red and amber, while loose, scratched architectural marks give the city a raw, structural feel.

Paul Kenton restrains the palette to greys and bone-white, lifting it with warm cab yellow and sharp accents of signal red, lending the scene a cool, contemplative quiet rather than the usual rush of the street.
