What to expect

How it works

  1. Choose the amount

    Enter a value for your voucher, we never charge fees on top and it never loses value while it’s valid.

  2. Add a design and a message

    Each voucher is set on one of Paul’s paintings. Write a note and choose the day it lands in their inbox.

  3. Send it or print it

    It goes straight to their inbox, or pick a time that you’d like it to arrive. If you’d rather hand it over, we can send it to your email address instead as a print-at-home PDF.

  4. They choose the work

    The code is entered at checkout, against anything in the shop. Any remaining balance stays on the voucher until the expiry date.

Good to know

Can I print the voucher?

Yes. Every voucher comes with a print-at-home PDF alongside the email version, so you can either forward it or print it and hand it over. Both carry the same code — only one of them can be redeemed.

What if the artwork costs more?

No problem. At checkout the voucher covers as much as it can and you top up the rest with any card — so it works just as well towards a larger piece as it does the whole thing. Vouchers can also be combined.

Refunds and expiry

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase and, like most gifts, can’t be refunded once issued. If something has gone wrong with an order, talk to the studio and we’ll always put it right.

Buying for a business

We’re happy to arrange corporate gifts — multiple vouchers at once, or an invoice rather than a card payment. Drop the studio a line and we’ll set it up for you.
